报告摘要：
Szemer´edi’s Regularity Lemma (SRL) is a crucial tool in the analysis of huge graphs, having made significant contributions in the proof of some sensational results in mathematics. Traditional protein classification methods primarily rely on sequence, structure, or function similarity, resulting in classifications by protein family or superfamily, disregarding the significance of the Protein-Protein Interaction (PPI) network. In this talk, we will introduce some interesting findings in PPI network which was partitioned by SRL.
报告人简介：
何常香，教授，博士生导师。主要从事图谱理论和图数据分析的研究，公开发表学术论文50余篇，主持多项国家自然科学基金。现任上海理工大学理学院副院长、中国高等教育学会教育数学专业委员会理事、中国工业与应用数学学会图论组合及应用专业委员会委员。
