报告摘要：
In this talk, we first review cellularly embedded graphs, ribbon graphs and arrow presentations. Using arrow presentations we explain a concept: twual, i.e. twisted dual introduced in 2012. Then we report several our results on extremality of cellularly embedded graphs, the existence of A-trails of Eulerian embedded graphs, and the existence of orthogonal A-trails of 4-regular embedded graphs and so on, which were obtained by using twuals and solved conjectures posed by Huggett and Tawfik and problems posed by Andersen, Bouchet and Jackson etc. Finally if time permits we describe roughly our other works on twuals and related fields. These are joint works with Metsidik Metrose, Qingying Deng, Qi Yan and Xia Guo etc.
报告人简介：
金贤安，男，1976年2月生，厦门大学数学科学学院教授，博士生导师。主要在图论、组合纽结论以及数学化学等领域从事研究工作，已在AAM, JCTA, JGT, PAMS等国际著名学术期刊发表论文60多篇。曾多次应邀在中国组合数学与图论大会、中国数学会年会、亚洲数学大会和国际拓扑及其应用大会等著名学术会议上做邀请报告。
