报告摘要:Hodge structure of a compact Kahler manifold encodes important geometric information of the underlying space. Recently it appears in a surprising way in June Huh’s solution of log concavity of chromatic polynomial of a matroid. In this talk, we will explain the Kahler package of Hodge theory and see how tools from algebraic geometry help to solve problems in combinatorics.
个人简介:许劲松,复旦大学博士,中科院数学与系统科学研究院博士后,目前在西交利物浦大学工作,研究方向是双有理几何。
