报告题目：Application of Hodge theory in combinatorics

报告摘要：Hodge structure of a compact Kahler manifold encodes important geometric information of the underlying space. Recently it appears in a surprising way in June Huh’s solution of log concavity of chromatic polynomial of a matroid. In this talk, we will explain the Kahler package of Hodge theory and see how tools from algebraic geometry help to solve problems in combinatorics.
个人简介：许劲松，复旦大学博士，中科院数学与系统科学研究院博士后，目前在西交利物浦大学工作，研究方向是双有理几何。
